Default CC Precedent/PowerDrive2 not charging, already replaced relay, rectifier, and breaker

I have an 06 Precedent and PowerDrive2 which was fine when parked in garage and plugged in for the winter. Checked on it last week and charger was non responsive. Bought a kit w/relay, rectifier, and breaker from TahoeDawgZ71 on here and replaced all 3. Same result.

I bypassed the relay as indicated in manual as batteries are about dead and now when I plug it in it cycle on and off repeatedly with ammeter going from zero to off the scale.

Any ideas what I should be checking next? OBC?

The only thing between the charger receptacle and the batteries is the OBC.

If You already reset the OBC by removing the pack negative cable for more than 10 minutes, the next thing is to by-pass the OBC current control circuit.

You need to run the negative wire from the charger receptacle directly to pack negative battery post.

Keep the relay inside the charger bypassed.

Plug the charger to the cart first.

Plug the charger AC plug to the wall.

Wait until the pack voltage reaches 60v.

Disconnect the charger AC plug from the wall first.

Disconnect the charger from the cart.

You will need to buy a new smart charger that does not use the OBC.
