Re: club car threads not as good as ezgo threads
Heard it can happen. Must be a *** rough golf course! Mine is an 81 and I assume it started life at Monmouth County Parks in Ashbury NJ, [see pics]. Anybody here from there? NO frame welds and factory batt trays! On the same topic, how come you see so many CCs with EZGO hubcaps on them? Caps outlast the cart?

Re: club car threads not as good as ezgo threads
I think the frame corrosion under the batteries is directly related to who is taking care of the car.
If you over fill the batteries, and never neutralize the acid as it spews out the vent caps during charging, you can really promote frame corrosion. I wash the batteries and surrounding area with Baking soda and water to neutralize the acid just from the charging fumes twice a year. Whether they need it or not. Aflyer |
