2003 EZGO TXT PDS will not run

Hello I am new to the forum but have read several posts related to my cart/problem. my cart was flooded and I am trying to get it running again. I have new batteries, they are at 38.4V fully charged. I replaced the controller, pedal switches(microswitch and ITS), solenoid, and motor. Based on the replies I have read from Johnnyb to others with similar problems I have checked the voltages in the solenoid activation circuit as advised(solenoid is not closing). I have B+ at J1 pins 4&5 and also at J3 pins 1,2,3,4. I have B+ at F/R switch and reverse chime is working. I do not have B+ at key switch or pedal box. I have 12.5V on blue accessory wire at key switch and about 14.5V on one side of the ITS. The key switch will activate the lights. When I run the diagnostic I get 3 beep confirmation then 2-1, which is low voltage. I fear that I have somehow screwed up my new controller. I also bypassed the reed switch.

What do you guys think?

What all went underwater? Does your solenoid click?

Check the ITS under the floorboard. It is likely full of water and has ruined it and the micro switch.

The solenoid does not click. Water came up high enough to flood controller.

Make the solenoid click. Nothing will work without the solenoid click.

I wish I could get the solenoid to click. Only way is to jump a wire to it.

I'm out of ideas except to replace the controller, which is new.

For PDS you power at each end of every red wire on this diagram when you try to go. Hope this helps

I only have B+ at J1 4,5. That means bad controller right? What else could it be?

Yes, if the connector is clean and tight, this means you have no outputs.
Remove the J1 plug and inspect it for signs of a burn connection?

If you need a controller do not rebuild > get the new Alltrax XCT400 for this cart ~ you will love it

yeah the connector is good. I guess I screwed up the controller somewhere along the way. I did install an upgrade motor, but it was supposed to work with the Curtis controller. Is the XCT400 plug and play, or does it require modifications.?
