This does not have a run/Tow switch. I assume it did originally but the cart was rebuilt with an AC conversion kit. That company is no longer in business so I removed the AC motor, removed the Giant AC controller and put a new controller with a new motor in it.

So again, there's not a run Tow switch.

I put a new wiring harness in it because the one that "was" in it was a completely different pin selection.

The wiring harness that is in it currently, Club Car #103689601

Do you have it in run?
Check the voltage on that switch as it supplies power to the key switch from the green wire.
It could be a sonic weld connection issue also.
That pink wire supplies power to the tow/run switch and you must have it connected to the solenoid as you do.
Attached is a simplified connection hookup and the main wiring diagram - less Alltrax.
I could always add a run / Tow switch to it ..

Does this run to the run/tow switch - I assume? Not being used and I see pink and green wires?!

Ok I see, yes that looks correct for the connector to the tow/run switch.
You need that for it to supply power to the key switch, controller and OBC.
Also needed for safety when working on the cart and for towing.

That harness is correct from what I see.

The switch looks like this and you can get them from the site sponsors!

You definitely need a tow/run switch. That's more than likely your problem. I wish I'd known it didn't have a tow/run switch when you ordered the harness. I could have thrown it in the package with it. Jump the connector out temporarily with a paperclip and see if the cart will operate with the jumper in place.

Oh, I'm so mad at you David, lol! J/k

We are on the same page. I was looking at that 2 pin connector and thinking "Dang, that reminds me of the paper clip MCOR test. Definitely going to try it in a few minutes and let you know what happens!

Thanks gents!

Now I've just got to figure out the wiring for the 6 wires out of the Curtis FP6 and the harness MCOR wires.
