Default 2003 Club Car DS front end bushings

All

My front end rubber bushings are gone completely on some of the parts. Is this pretty easy to replace and does the bushing kit come with a diagram and instructions on what goes where?

Thanks

Was that you who emailed me wanting a quote? I tried to reply but the email address I'm replying to is invalid. Please re-send with the correct "Reply to" address. If that wasn't you, disregard this please. The bushings don't come with instructions, but I can send you a PDF exploded diagram that will show you anything you need.

You're in good hands with Dave...do what the nice man says..

Do your self a favor, go around to the rear suspension, a close look will probably show some of the back ones are "gone" or failing also.

A "bag o' bushings" will make a dramatic difference in the ride and handling of your cart.

If I may offer a hint.....

While you are waiting on the arrival of your parts, grab your Liquid Wrench spray (or equivalent) and give ALL of the bushing bolt/nut/sleeves a good shot or two over the next couple of days...... at least one will not co-operate and need to be "persuaded" to come off !!!

BTW, we LOVE to see pics !!!

Just saw your post Tex. I did spray the parts with a lube while I was waiting for the replacement bushings to arrive. No issues with disassembly. Assembly was a bit difficult thanks to those blue neoprene bushings. They were so tight pressing in the sleeve, I thought it was going to break my cheap vice. I was using a large pipe wrench to turn the vise! Got the front end put back together and went for a test ride last night. The results were worth it . Dave at Revolution Golf Carts came through with all the right stuff. Thanks Dave!

When I replace the bushings on the delta plate I picked up a 12 inch piece of all thread I think its 3/8 some fender washers just a little larger in dia of the bushing and nuts. I find it better to do that then the vise plus its a sit down job. just my 2cents
