New Jersey Title
Has anyone taken a custom golf cart street legal in NJ and obtained a title? I saw there were some companies online who create titles. Anyone used this service?

From my research NJ is one of the toughest states to get an LSV in. It is my understanding a golf cart cannot be made street legal. It needs to be factory built as an LSV and come with a VIN #.
