Troubleshooting the turn signals/blinkers on MadJax Ultimate Light Kit

Good evening gentlemen,

I have a Madjax Ultimate Frosted Lens Light Kit - Club Car® Precedent®, Model #02-021. We installed 6 of these last year on our neighbors carts, for whatever reason my turn signals/blinkers never worked and put off troubleshooting. Headlights, taillights, brake lights and horn works fine. I do see voltage going through the barrel flasher (blue/yellow). I'm stumped on what else to troubleshoot to determine the root cause. All wires appear to be hooked up correctly. The schematics (last 2 pages in the attached PDF) are a bit over my head with the sideview of the connectors vs front view.

Any tips on scenarios/voltage to check to begin ruling things out? Thank you in advance!
