Only two ways for excess fuel to get into the engine.
Fuel pump leaking into the pulse line. Or the float needle in the carb is sticking open or has debris on the seat making it leak. |

Actually I did figure it out. I borrowed carb and that was the problem. I'm not sure what is wrong with my old carb, as I deep cleaned it 3 times. I also tried another float and needle to no avail. So after buying a new $190.00 carb, it runs perfect. Thanks for everyone's help.
