97 ds
working on a 97 ds that wont move went through all the tests from a cc manual for seliniod not clicking and got to the obc test which indicated the obc was bad . so got a new one and its the same. what did i do wrong?

its a series 48 volt powerdrive. I tried doing the reset 3 times with no luck so i just did the OBC bypass.

yes it ran with the yellow jumped to pack negative
