Default New battery causing a problem?

Today I replaced a battery that had a loose stud due to over tightening the bolt.
I hooked up the new battery and went golfing. Cart ran fine, but when driving from the golf course to my house I noticed the battery meter had just the far left LED light (indicating low power) flashing. I hooked up the battery charger and let it charge for about 4 hours. When I went out to check it, the same LED light was flashing.

Is this because the new battery has a different level of charge than the other 5? Will this resolve if I just keep it plugged in to the charger, or do I potentially have bigger problems?

Thank you for any help.

Let it finish the charge and the meter should reset when you turn the key back on.

And remember the charger charges the pack, not any individual battery, so anytime you incorporate a new battery into an old set there is a offset or abnormality in the charging as one battery will not charge/discharge the same as the other similarly aged/used batteries.
