ALLTRAX 500 XCT EZGO PDS PROBLEM Need Help!

Just installed new ALLTRAX 500.

Carts solenoid would click but no movement.

At first I found that I was throwing code:
1 GREEN AND 2 RED- Battery Under Voltage
Connected to Laptop and corrected the Under voltage setting.

Now LED light is blinking 4 green- EZGO ITS throttle
But only when connected to the Laptop.

Im at 38.2v pack voltage only on the line side of the solenoid. No voltage on the yellow wire or blue. I checked J1 ports 4 & 5 and have full pack voltage on those ports.

On the laptop I went to controller and tried to test fan. Pops up "Cannot turn on fan without KSI power"
Checked Key Switch to ensure it was working and it is. This is just a break in the -, While connected to + got pack voltage on both contacts.

Where do I go from here?

Instructions say that a XCT built after 2017 does not need the diode

Yea. My neighbor had the same exact issue though, I reversed the diode and all was AOK

Not sure when that information was put out. The latest information I have seen on these, is that in fact it does need to be installed. There may even be a "Sticky" on this. Be sure to install it in the correct way.

Hopefully the true cart gurus will chime in on this thread. I believe it was NoleFan4ever, who had posted this information in July of this year, I believe.

That is correct, Alltrax made a Flip/Flop on that one, just like the Regen diode was not needed on some XCT applications but now is recommended in all.

Getting pack voltage on the yellow wire should be a main troubleshooting objective. The yellow wire triggers the solenoid.
What year is this cart?
Did it run before the install?
Is there power on the red/white wire from the charge port?
