1- What year is this cart?
2- Did it run before the install?
3- Is there power on the red/white wire from the charge port?
1- 2008
2- Yes, but there was a issue with the cart. It ran at first but would drop to a crawl after a period of time. After sitting would repeat the cycle.
3- Yes the red wire with the white stripe coming from the charger port has pack voltage the J1 contact

The yellow wire does not have pack voltage on it. From the one line diagram it runs to the J1 plug, I do not know where it receives power from there.

The diagram shows the red/wht wire as power in to C1 and the yellow wire as power out when power in on foot switch GRN

Is there power in on C1 green when pedal is depressed?

I called ALLTRAX and went through the troubleshooting with them. They want me to send it back to them. They do not understand why it is not working. They said it may be a issue from when I changed the Under Voltage. We shall see what happens. ALLTRAX is super helpful. Seems like a small business feel. But who knows.

Updates to come...

No Worries. You may loose a little seat time but Alltrax will make this right for you. They are the BEST controller company. Keep us posted.

Update on the progress. Got the new 500 controller back from Alltrax. Installed correctly with the FN2 with the speed cranked all the way up.

-While connected to the computer the Alltrax Toolbox was glitching like it kept restarting.
- Turned down the FN2 to the lowest setting that was possible. This stopped the glitch in the toolbox
- Controller Flashed green 4 times then solid green. Good to go.
- Now the cart is still at a crawl. Cart has pickup off the line but then just at a crawl forward or reverse.
-Started messing with the FN2 speed control. When I put the speed all the way to the max solenoid cuts out and cart stops.
-Connected back to the computer found that when the FN2 was cranked up the Error Flag shows Shutdown & High Throttle Range.
- Called Alltrax and trouble shoot both problems (slow speed & FN2)
-FN2 is bad= Send back to Alltrax for replacement
-Slow Speed Issue= The speed limit setting in the controller had to be turned off.

Now currently without the FN2 (until I get the replacement) Cart runs and drives fast and well.

I'm convinced you have a defective motor speed sensor. Replace it and enjoy the rest of the Alltrax abilities.

Replaced the speed sensor and magnet, same outcome. I waited to send back the FN2 to ensure the speed sensor was not the fix.
