Default Tires thinking swamp lites. 1 or 2 wheel drive

So i ordered a 6’’ a-arm lift today (all sport). My cart is a 2014 club car precedent. My questions are can i put a 24’’ tire under it. Is my cart 1 wheel drive or 2 wheel drive or limited slip. If it is 1 wheel drive can i make it 2 wheel drive or limited slip. The swamp lite tires look cool and aggressive for mud. I was thinking i would rather have a 4 ply tire though for a smoother ride. Keeping the air pressure low really helps but i bet a 4 or even a 2 ply tire would really smoth the ride out. Anyone out there have the swamp lites that are happy with them. It’s a good thing i got the alltrax 500 controller to turn the bigger tires. Anyway I appreciate any comments. Thanks

23" easily runs under a 6" lift so I would think a 24" would. Just have to be careful with the width as you will get to where you rub...

Your cart is considered 2-wheel drive, but only one wheel has power. They ventured into some limited slips years ago but they were pulled off the market as they never would work quite right....

24s are 30-35% taller than stock. Be prepared for an equal amount of torque loss.

So you are saying I will pretty much be back to the same amount of torque as a stock precedent. I hope not that thing was powerless before the alltrax controller.

Ok so if I bought 23-10-10 would I loose the same amount of torque with the 22-11-10 they also make a 22-11-8 I would think that would be a better softer ride and the wheels are cheap.

These carts are 2 wheel drive with an open center differential.
The wheel with the least traction will be the one that spins.

There are limited slip mods available for the older carts. I’m not sure what’s available for the Precedent, but they’re usually not hard to find.

The height effects the torque, not the width. And if you have a 500a XCT, you have it turned down and will need a motor to get its full potential. If you already have an aftermarket motor, you will have plenty of torque with those tires as you will have the correct field map and available amperage to do it (within reason that is)

Based upon thousands of reviews each year 22s are the sweet spot. Tall enough to get you over everything you need to be driving over with about 1/3 less power loss.

didn't realize that about 22s, so 22x11x10 dirt devils would be a good bet on a 02 DS with a 4 or 6 inch lift?
