No click on solenoid when F/R is in F or R pedal depressed
No Voltage at on off switch when F/R is in F or R pedal depressed

I have flipped the tow switch in either direction same result

What am I missing???? Feel dumber by the minute :(

It sounds like your tow/run switch is miss-wired or broken.

Do any of the wires at the tow/run switch have power?

Looking at the diagram the red and the red/white should always have power and the other two wires (red/yellow and orange/red) should only have power when the switch is ON.

Let's get the controller to power up and then we can troubleshoot the solenoid not clicking if need be.

With Run/Tow switch in Run, F/R switch in F and keyswitch ON, you should have battery pack voltage (38.2V when fully charged) on Pin 6, 9 & 10.

The voltage paths for those three pins are highlighted on the attached schematics. The schematics may show a stock DCS controller, but the control wiring and plugs are the same for an Alltrax controller.

Get the voltage on those three pins and then we can go from there.
