I did not know this but there are many books that could be written about things that I don't know.

I was unaware that US Batteries required a higher SOC nor was I aware that I could change the settings on my charger. I thought that the on board computer controlled the SOC.

If there are adjustments that I need to make, please educate me.

After doing a site specific search on US batteries, it appears that I need a DPI charger to get the US batteries up to full charge.

Assuming that my Power Drive 3 charger will not accomplish this, which DPI charger do you guys recommend?

Using a PD3 charger there are no settings to change. The OBC controls charging current and there's no way to change what that does.

A properly working OBC will still charge them just fine.

Rib was probably thinking you had a smart charger and they are interchangeable in regards to charging profiles. The OBC in your cart will charge the US batteries, but as Rib stated, they will rest at about.~.5 volts or a little more then most others.

Your Powerdrive will take the charge voltage as high as ~65-67 volts when topping off. Then ~12 hours later you will see the true "At Rest" voltage.

DPI is a great charger and I cannot say anything bad about the. Have owned them, used them, like them, but the Summit II is a HF charger that is the best on the market at this time and if you want the best, that is it. HF, Bluetooth, Data history, Battery profiles, etc. See it here https://www.revolutiongolfcars.com/p...rger-13-18-amp

Thanks for the info guys. If I can get a correct charge with my PD 3 then I will leave well enough alone.

In my research on this site I ran across this chart for US batteries. It appears that full pack charge voltage for US batteries should be 51.3 V compared to Trojan at 50.9 V
It was said the chart came from one of US Battery's gurus.

So roughly ~12 hours after the charge has completed that is what you should see. Now you will more than likely see them a little higher then that. Yawood has a set and a chart of records on how they have been doing. If he sees this, he may chime in with how his has been doing....
