Sergio is on the money.
You may be able to order a control board for one of those chargers. Or a less expensive approach may be to install an AC relay. It would only provide power to the main charger relay when AC power is present. The rest of the time the cart should function normally. |

thanks ALOT everyone,we ended up finding a 25260 charger and everything is peachy now!!I work for CDCR prison system here in Folsom,Calif and between the two prisons here there is over a 100 golf carts here,so lots of used parts floating around!!thanks again

I agree, You can get it done by this weekend for under $10 on prime.
Use a relay like the one below, 120vAC SPST NO: https://www.amazon.com/American-Zett...1NE/ref=sr_1_1Wire the coil terminals (small 3/16") in parallel with the charger AC wires (black and white). Cut the Blue wire that goes to the charger and place the wires on the COM and NO terminals of the relay (larger 1/4"). That will allow any external Powerdrive charger to work as an onboard charger.
