ez go rxv
A lady down the street from me has a problem with a EZ Go RXV don't know the year but the serial number is 5043150. Anyway she parked the cart and the next day went to move it. She turns the key and it does nothing, The reverse buzzer does go off like normal.
I do play around with a few carts however most of them are club car. Can someone chime in and tell me what to look for to trouble shoot this cart, Also does this type of cart have an electric brake? I will say this is a nice looking cart and it looks new. |

Re: ez go rxv
Based on the serial that is a 2009 RXV. Yes it has an electric brake. Does it attempt to move at all and when you switch it from off to Forward you should hear a couple of clicks. Just as a try, grab both pedals and pull up on them to make sure they returned to where they should be. Cart won't pass the startup test unless they are..

Re: ez go rxv
Blow all the dirt & grass out of there before you lube it. The dirt & grass is usually the problem.

And go easy on the lube. That tends to collect dirt. Glad y’ got it working.
