That's a good idea.

I just cut & pasted the motor part of the Curtis 1206HB checklist from FSIP.

You see anything else I've missed/overlooked?

Everything was very thorough but that fluctuating reading from A1 to F1 seems unusual so I though would be good to verify there are no issues with the brushes/armature and the frame.

A1 to motor case was OPEN. No continuity.

Correction from earlier: A1 to F1 is NOT Open. I was getting between 3.5MΩ and 10MΩ......and sometimes it would be Open.

That needs to be looked into.

Contact the motor manufacturer or whoever you bought it from.
