I will get some pictures of the under carriage tomorrow. I looked at it real good this morning and these receivers on my Glendale Titanium were definitely not an after thought. They looked like they were built in during the manufacturing process. They go way up the frame a good 6 to 8'. I was just curious about the cantilever specs mainly on this. I would only be using this setup for pulling to campgrounds at Myrtle Beach, about 75 miles. I could get the wife to pull it on a trailer but then I have to do something with trailer because there is limited room in most of these as it is. Anyway thanks to all for the GREAT honest info and standby for pics of under carriage tomorrow. OUT

If your going to do it I would suggest adding a third axle (if i does'nt already). That will eliminate all of the worries and gives you extra stopping power with the additional 2 brakes.
I ran mine with the original tandem for a little more than a year and it did OK then I put on the third and it was better than tandem before the cart even went on.

That's what I'm talking about BigInchCC!!! GREAT JOB. And good info about the 3rd axle. I couldn't get any good pics of under carriage because of the sun/shadows Friday, but the receivers go down the frame right at 33 inches. Still got some more thinking to do on this one

That may be ok for you, but it's not legal in most states I travel in on the east coast.. Here's a map which shows who allows doubles and who doesn't.

BigInchCC, I am in the process of building rack similar to yours. Do you have pictures showing how you attached this to the frame? I have for 2 years hauled my Harley on back 800lbs with my old 5er. I just bought new one and also picked up golf cart so I need to be sure it can handle the 1000 lbs
