One question, though.....

When the cart runs, it runs and runs well. That is 99.9 % of the time...... It is only a problem from a dead start only ocassionally.....

Now for the question....

What do you mean by "electrical panel" ??? There is no "electrical panel" that I'm aware of......

Under the seat,on the driver-side wheel-well is a black cover,the electricals are under that cover.Its' just rear of the battery.

Got it, thanx....

Where is the "CDI" located ? I don't see any electrical part that is called that in the schematics for my 2000..... The electronic module I believe is called the "T.C.I Unit" .... that is not easily accessible for me to tap on.... it would be buried under the blower housing......
