Re: Txt slow in forward
Alright, I tried the diagnostic mode with no luck of any beeps. Either I'm doing it totally wrong ,or I have issues . The instructions aren't really clear. Therefore I pulled a voltage test. This is rested voltage,as my cart hasn't been on the charger for a few days(about 5days).
35.7. Overall pack voltage 6.11. Bat 1 6.36. Bat. 2 5.94. Bat. 3 4.75. Bat 4 6.33. Bat. 5 6.35. Bat 6 The two batteries with the lowest voltage ironically have reg car terminal clamps on them. Not sure if that's causing a problem or those two are going bad. 29.1 v. @ battery under load on jack stands 24.2v. @ motor. Under load on jack stands 34.4. @ motor no load 22.5. @ motor. Under load on ground 27.8. @ battery pack. Under load on ground |

Re: Txt slow in forward
After doing a battery voltage test ,I washed the cart and cleaned the battery tray . While spraying the cart off I noticed a lot of dirt and scum coming from the charger port on the cart. I am currently putting a charge on it now ,so we will see in the morning if that had anything to do with my problems.

A cart with an electrically perfect controller, cables and motor wouldn't run right connected to that battery pack. |

Re: Txt slow in forward
I was finally able to get time to put the new batteries in the cart. I also installed a new key switch and a forward/reverse switch. While having the cover off I noticed the buzzer was disconnected,so I hooked it back up and performed a diagnostic test. I am getting a 3-2 beep. So I'm guessing I will need a solinoed . Stay tuned to see the outcome.

Re: Txt slow in forward
Well this is an old thread! Sheesh! No one ever posts the outcome, well some do but what is the cause of the slowing down? And which one is the forward reverse, f1,2 or a1, or 2? I have a series motor on my cart at home but the one at work has the other kind and I don’t know which is which
