Front right spindle won't take grease with new zerk?

Not sure how loose the steering should feel? When driving it feels fine. When cart is stopped and I turn it it's a little stiffer but not too bad. When the cart is not moving how should steering feel? Should it feel really easy to turn or have a little resistance? I'm thinking the king pins and spindles probaly just need a good cleaning and then new greasing. This 03 ds really has no rust at all.

. . . I can tell you are not old enough to remember automobiles with manual versus power steering? Sitting still, I would consider "stiff" steering wheel normal . . .
