Is it a series drive or a DCS?

Does it sound like motor is turning, but cart isn't moving, or is it completely quiet after solenoid clicks?

To troubleshoot, I need to know which type drive you have. Series, or DCS?

Solenoid clicks, so it is a High Current circuit problem.

Here is a schematic for a series drive cart with the High Current circuit highlighted.
You have an open in one on the Red or Blue cables, connections or components.

A 1995 Medalist had three different drive systems. You said it was a series cart, so it ought to be one of the two attached schematics.
