I also should have stated that I swapped the entire shock and spring from the rear to put in the front.

I dont have a problem in the rear, just the front, the rear sits a little higher, I will give those collars a try, should be here soon. Then I will wait for it to be just a little warmer, to be honest with you I am just sick and tired of this cold.
