I think the stud heads are square ?? and sunk into the hub so don't think it would spin.

As for impacts it depends. My 18 volt dewalt is like 375 ft lbs. My pneumatic is pushing 550 ..

Anywho.. At this point I would take the center cap off, remove the hub and wheel and take it to a garage that has an impact.. It will either sheer them off, destroy the hub or come loose..

You could try P B Blaster, spray them a couple times a day for a few days. Sounds to me like someone put red loctight on the wheel studs, are they loose after the first snap or are they hard to unscrew all the way.
Also try to tighten a slight amount before you try and remove, do this a few times on each stud to keep from messing up the threads. There could be a ton of reasons but you should be able to tell what the problem was when they come off. Always use anti-seize before you reinstall. Wish you luck!!!!!!

Sometimes heat can help loosen stubborn nuts.

Rent or borrow an impact wrench. They should come off with that.

Hi! These are all good answers I like Kroil better then PB Blaster and as a last resort there's always the Blue wrench as said above. Yes to impacts to remove I have elect. and air, both will snap the lugs off or strip the threads if not careful. Use ante seize compound when installing Good luck to you.

I'm not sure how those wheel clamp boots work, but if it did, you could remove the wheels, then keep the boot as an anti-theft device.

Here's my problem with that type of product. If you have that on your cart all I need is a way to raise the cart, a lug wrench, and a spare tire/wheel ready to install. I get your cart AND all four of your wheels/tires. I'll cut that sukka open in my garage....
