There should be five cables going to the motor, 2 heavy gauge (typically 4Ga or 6Ga) high current cables connected to the A1&A2 studs, 2 smaller gauge (10Ga typically) connected to the F1&F2 studs, plus a gray multi-conductor cable to the speed sensor on the end of the motor.

The F1&F2 cables are typically black and white, but the cart is 13 years old and they may have been replaced, so any colors are possible.

Also, if there is more than 5 cables going towards motor, a previous owner might have added something like a temperature sensor to the motor.

Hopefully the pictures will provide the answer.

Ok, figured out the wires are for the lights, put new batteries in and now it does nothing. Maybe the solenoid? But I’m not sure on the checking it part. If I place the positive probe from the volt meter on the battery side of the solenoid and the neg on the neg connection where the cart is hooked up it registers 36.3 volts.

You need to charge the batteries. They are around 50% state of charge SOC, which is dead.
