With the controller being set for a 36v one, problems are quite possible.

brothers so will order new 36v solenoid and reconnect everything and start trouble shooting over thanks fir the replies i will give update in a few days

I had same problem with a 2009 RXV after I purchased it...First I discovered I was moving the FNR switch to fast..I discovered by putting switch into N..wait ..you hear the soleniod and brake clunk...then switch to F or R ..all OK...Then I had to replace the pedal switch which was faulty intermittently..now all OK

got to day i figured it out thank you for the insight cg she runs as good as new. i replaced the new solenoid with a new 36v also replaced the accelerator positioner swifter cleaned every terminal on every battery, cleaned all battery jumpers and used liquid tape to seal the ends until i can get around to making new jumpers.
