Default Cart seems to surge

New EZGO RXV seems to surge forward when I try to go at 10 to 12 MPH.

If I go wide open it never surges forward.

Normal????

It's part of how speed is regulated in the RXV, by RPM. At a lower speed, you're giving it a wider margin of RPM to increase. The faster you are going, it is closer to the max RPM limit. So less RPM to jump to quickly.

Also, be sure the heel end of your shoe is on the floor mat. I can't count how many times I have ridden with owners with this concern who drive with their shoe "hovering" off the floor board, but on the gas pedal. It's always the same jerky ride....

Just got back from golf. Your solution is 100% correct and made a true improvement for me. Thanks again. Can you help me with hitting behind the ball. LOL

Sure glad the solution was a easy and free one. About your golf game, can't help you there, the closest I have been is the driving range.
