Default Test throttle?

Need to remotely test my throttle on my 2003 ezgo series. Ran the program on my Alltrax and throttle position never changed from 0%.

Access the peddle box. Inspect for signs of water. If moisture is present, use a hair dryer.
Second continuity test the black and the white wires from the ITS to the controller...
Done all that? You are ready for the simple voltage test for the ITS out put as laid out in the manual. Good luck.

A particular type of voltage tester I need to pick up? Just inspect the black and white wires for bad spots?

Perform a continuity test on the black and the white wires.

You will need to have a DVM and a general understanding of how to perform basic tests with it.

I notice you changed your post to be a little less harsh. I have been reading up on how to use the dvom. I will try the continuity test and then test voltage according to illustration.

While checking the throttle, is there a way to test microswitch? How often do these microswitches go out?

I got a reading of 0.9 volts at full pedal. Getting a new ITS sensor today. The part is from 2003, but looked brand new.

The micro switch is a 2 wire switch so you would test for power in and then power out when it clicks or use a continuity test. no continuity when off and continuity when on, between the 2 connections.

If your solenoid is clicking the micro is working and you do not need to do this test.

Solenoid was clicking. Someone showed me how to use the voltage meter and I read the instructions of how to test the ITS that you posted and it was off. I guess I will see tonight when I get the new ITS in.
