Today's exercise in logic and gremlin hunting:
Using the "sticky" EZGo diagnostic on this site as a reference (ScottyB) VOM probe B- Batt ref voltage = 39.2v Solenoid large terminal rt = 39.2v solenoid large terminal left= 38.3v Jumper from B+ to Solenoid small left red post (click !) Controller harness red terminal = 39.2v " black " = 14+v disconnect harness black pin = 0v reconnect harness probe white terminal, press pedal voltage increases from 0.4 to 1.5 v AND motor runs normally controller M- to B+ 0v increases to 39v as pedal is pressed AND motor runs normally Remover jumper from B+ to solenoid red and everything shuts down. Will try to test "solenoid activation circuit" before the shop heats up. Thanks for all your help so far. |
