If I recall correctly this might be a result of the ground not being wired right or getting feedback from the system through the wiring harness.

Right and left Relays right side up.

I don't have the issue when I reinstall the OEM light bulbs in the front when I use the LED replacement bulbs is when I start having the issue.

How would I go about getting a better ground? Do I go directly to the negitive on the last battery? I did not install the original light kit I just installed the upgrade to the kit. I guess I could see he's the voltage reducer is wired up under the dash to make sure I'm getting a good ground.

Check and see how the voltage reducer is wired, and how it is wired into the positive and negative of the light kit.

There was a similar situation someone else had and CTD had posted some interesting info on it.

Ok I will look into it tomorrow who is CTD?

Here is my SWAG. What you have is a situation much like the solenoid in your cart. In the blinker circuit you energizer a relay to turn the blinkers on and off. Each time the relay is de-energizer you get a Back EMF pulse through the system. To correct this place a diode across the coil in the same manner as you do with the solenoid.

I tried the diode and it did not correct the issue.

Some of the dual filament replacements LEDs bulbs can back feed power on the "marker" lights positive wire.

The actual LEDs in the bulb circuit are shared in the different brightness modes.

If your LED bulbs don't have and internal diode, You can add one externally.

The diode needs to be in series with the positive power to the "marker" lights, with the "striped" end of the diode towards the LED bulb.

You need a diode to isolate each bulb with the issue.
