steering box adjustment
grandson hit a tree with our 2005 ez go, steering will turn all the way to the right, but only a third to the left. It doesn't look like anything bent or broke. Boot on steering box has come loose, and can see the gear rack. Can the steering box be adjusted or do I need to replace?

Your tie rods I assume must be bent or a spindle? I guess it's a possibility the rod in the steering mechanism is bent not allowing it to go all the way the other direction.
I don't think there is an adjustment your lookING for. But I'm not an expert. |

most of the time on that steering box on a hard hit it will break one of the steering ears off. If that's not the case, the front axle maybe bent. Just look at what side got hit and you will be able to tell.

take a look at the long rod that runs from side to side, they bend easy.
