Yes, I erase all files and only kept the last zip file. I unzipped that file and ran the setup program. It finishes with a Alltrax icon on the desktop. However, when I run the program from the icon in about 2 seconds I get a box that says the program has stopped working and Microsoft is "checking for an answer" haha...

Quick question:

Was the controller unplugged during the software install (so the USB drivers can be updated) and then plugged in before the program was launched (so it can detect the model)?

Something is blocking the download or the permission on your end. Or call alltrax tech support.

Solved the problem. Put the software on another laptop running Windows 7 and it is working fine.... I'll fool around with the other laptop when I have more time.

BTW the laptop does not need to be hooked to the controller via usb to open. 3.1.5 opens fine on my Windows 7 laptop without connection to the controller. Just doesn't show any settings.
