91 Marathon wheels and tires
Hi guys, I wanted to know if I could use 12x7 rims on my 36 volt series, non lifted cart? I can get a nice new set from a friend and thought I should check with you guys first! So what I need to know is will they fit, what tire size and brand (Mostly pavement driving), No lift and what if anything will it do with the carts performance?
thanks |

Re: 91 Marathon wheels and tires
As long as the tires you choose don't have a diameter any larger than 20" they will fit fine. the tire size you will be looking for would be a 205/50-12

Re: 91 Marathon wheels and tires
Not the rim (to a degree) but the final size of the tire diameter that matters. You can have a 20" diameter tire on 8",10", and 12" rims. The sidewall will just be smaller.
Backspacing may be an issue maybe. |
