Press gas solenoid clicks, the old one and the new one both do, the new one much louder than old one. (Probably in my head) will check and report back. Out of curiosity would FnR micro fail while underway? Switch in V glide would be brand new (I understand it could still fail) feel like I'm chasing a ghost

I'm not sure if I missed the info but, is this a controller or resistor coil cart?

He confirmed a resistor wiring diagram in his other tread.

Coil, and all connections are clean, rust and corrosion free but I can check them again. The only connections that had any rust on them were on motor and it was super minimal. Within the last year I've cleaned every connection and every other month spray with corrosion guard.

Even if all the resistor coils were broken, the cart would still run at WOT.

Make sure You wired the new VGlide correctly.

Please note the bottom terminal has both White cables (one from the solenoid and one from the coil board) and also the wiper wire on the inside.
