90 ezgo electric wont accelerate forward but does in reverse
I have a 90 ezgo electric. It does fine in reverse but when you put it in forward it you can only get it to move if you press the pedal very slowly. Then even still after past 3/4 throttle it shuts off. Any ideas what it could be.

front/reverse switch is probably bad...get a heavy duty one from cartsunlimited....

Ok ill see if maybe I can clean it first to see if thats the problem. I can see the copper lugs inside the selector are green from corrosion now that i look. Thank you I'll post results soon.

It still quits after about 3/4 throttle

Bad adjustment on the pot i believe is the problem.
