After looking at the schematics (attached) for a XCT in a TXT-48 and in a CC-IQ, the only difference I see is the throttle type, the color coding of the cart's wiring harness and the EZGO uses a regen diode while the CC doesn't.

I guess the XCT with an IQ suffix on the model number is used for both applications. Personally, I would have used a different suffix, perhaps based on which throttle type was chosen, to avoid the confusion.

Now that it is set to the throttle type that matches the cart, it ought to run okay, but I'd clear the auto-throttle calibration after changing throttle types.

And I would still contact Alltrax and see what they say. My concern would be field mapping.

I'd like to know what they say also.

Looks like he has the correct field map for his motor, or at least a compatible one.
One of the pictures posted shows RHMOT-D2 is loaded and he has an Admiral D2 listed in his signature block.
