I was able to check the manual and the wires are yellow into the connector at the controller and w/black bullet connector right before the controller. The test was the same as at the 3 pin connector.
Numbers gone down as the pedal goes down. Same as at the 3 pin connector.

I also did test procedure 33. (Voltage at the yellow, purple and w/black wires. All test out good.
I am feeling more and more like it is the controller. I am not getting any volts to the motor. I did the voltage test on A2 and A1 and get zero. (I know, if I had any volts the motor would turn)
Anyway... Any thoughts on what to look at next? Thanks again.

It's going to be the white and yellow wires from the potentiometer. You'll be able to get to the end of them by unplugging the connector from the controller. I can't recall what color they are by the time they get to the controller. They may be the same. Sorry, but I don't see a lot of Regen 1 cars.

I agree with you. Unfortunately, these controllers are no longer available. I've helped a few people here on the forum with modern IQ conversions. This will bring your cart into the 21st century and actually open up a wide range of performance parts as well.

Sounds expensive. What am I looking at in terms of parts, price and time?
