I have the 4401 handheld and have my laptop working with OEM or 4401 level working but not developer which is what you need to go further.. I don't have a cart here so it is a little tough to troubleshoot. Its funny but the hex programming on the adapter shows up different when connected to a controller than when not..

It can go pretty fast. Mine goes 27+, but keep in mind that a white-knuckle ride is in no way a relaxing one. These carts are not designed for nor inherently stable enough to go such speeds.

I'm near Augusta as well. Curious whether you were able to find someone to program it locally - I just bought a 2018 with a curtis fleet controller on board, with 22" tires I'm getting 16.5 mph. Thought about pulling the controller and shipping it off to someone, but the advice on this board suggests that in-cart programming is preferred. For the programming bandits out there, I'd be happy to compensate someone who can crack this thing and get it into the 20s without requiring a Navitas swap (already tried that and got 26, but acceleration was terrible and the motor temp error was going off as soon as I started it up.)

If you have a 2018 RXV with 22" tires you really should be looking at getting a Curtis 350amp controller. Speeding up that 235amp controller is no problem. You can send it to Bob Boyce or get a local dealer to put it in Freedom mode for you.

With 22” tires and 16mph it is probably set in mode 2 maybe 3 at about 12 mph. I have the abilities to program it but the 22” tires worry me. The controller can be turned up but if taken to full potential I don’t think it would be happy long. Where are you located near Augusta?

I'm in Aiken as well. And I apologize... the shop misprinted the tire size. They're 20" tires. Went out and measured this morning.
