rear end noise
Club car DS old model when under load the rear end sounds good. When slowing down you hear the rear end making a clunk noise. when its jacked up you can feel the play moving the wheels back and forth.
The question can this be tightened up or is a new/used rear end in order. I know this cart has a lot of miles on it because it at one time was a maint. cart for the 55 plus park where I live. |

Re: rear end noise
No shims in the rear-end. There are carrier bearings so you could open it up and inspect, but if it is the Graziano designed set-up, outside of bearings, it will only leave the gears and/or pinion being worn....
