Connect batts after 7-1/2 months, 48.1v
Got cart out of storage,
connected the cables to batts. To my surprise. 48.1 volts. Charged till charger shut off, reading 52.1 v now, (after 5 hours or so) But The yellow dash charge light was on steady. Unplugged charger, plugged back in, yellow light went off, charger down near 4 - 5 amp. Plan to let charger run thru the night, see what they read tomorrow. That seem ok? |

Re: Connect batts after 7-1/2 months, 48.1v
Seems perfect! You are doing exactly as you should.....
~12 hours after charge completion you would want to see ~50.93+ volts And remember self discharge rate is proportional to temperature, so based on how long and how cold, they both factor into the equation.... |
