Electric Heaters

Which electric heaters, in your opinions, have the highest heat outputs? I had a 1500W heater that just didn't produce enough heat to keep the cart warm in 30-40 degree temps.

If you're trying to warm your cart without a cover it'll be futile in 30 and 40 degree temps.

Not electric, but the Mr. Heater little buddy heater is small, works great and will probably heat you out of a covered cart.

X2 on the Mr. Heater Little Buddy

I have 4 of these little gems.
Two yellow case, 1 green case and 1 red case.
Best heat output for the buck.

You can run them off the small propane cylinder
or off a 20lb. tank, even a 100lb, tank.
Two hose lengths to get, 6ft. and 12ft. even hard line.
Always get the filter when running off 20lb, and
100lb. tanks, prevents the lubrication oil from getting
into the regulator, which if it does, it is a disaster.

I've had two "Mr. Heaters", 4K BTU, but both of them broke. Cart is enclosed and they put out sufficient heat, but I think a hard-wired electric unit would be simpler.

You could not have enough packs on your cart to operate space heater for any significant amount of time. That is basically going to ground with an element in a controlled environment to where wattage is exuberant in regards to usage....

Yes sir, unfortunately, the wattage needed for a space type heater would deplete your pack before you felt the warmth....

This is a "Big Buddy" Mr. Heater. Puts out a tremendous amount of heat. Will heat this 1000 square foot shop with 11 foot ceiling. Yes shop is insulated.

Around here when it hits 30s to 40s, we just put on a jacket to go riding. No propane required.
