Since all this started after you disconnected and reconnected everything, I would start looking for batteries being connected wrong (less than 48v pack voltage to the controller) and/or mis-connected multi-pin plugs.
Have You already connected your phone using Bluetooth to the Madjax controller to see what the error codes are? |
