Programming for Danaher?
Just found out Bob doesn’t work on Danaher Controllers. I pulled the body and everything else to remove it. Does anyone program Danaher controllers for performance? What’s my options besides freedom mode?

Re: Programming for Danaher?
Either Upgrade it to a Curtis or go with a smaller Navitas Unit and be able to have a fully unlocked controller without having to send it to Bob. |

Re: Programming for Danaher?
To unlock a Danaher requires a handheld and a password.
I have a handheld but don't have the password. That said, we can do far more with the Curtis controllers. Best thing to do is to convert out the Danaher. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

My cart is a 2010. What’s the cost to upgrade to Curtis?

Re: Programming for Danaher?
Depends if you want to go with the 235 Amp Curtis or the 350 Amp curtis.
You need the full conversion kit because the connectors, resistor, and mounting brackets are different. I went from Danaher to a 350 AMP curtis and put roughly a grand into it. I believe there are people via eBay that have the kits for quite a bit less. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: Programming for Danaher?
Best i have seen on the conversion kit is about 900 dollars and their availability is few and far between lately. The easiest upgrade to source is a Navitas 600 amp controller. They can be had for 700-900 dollars and will get you 27-30mph. They might not offer the peak power/speed that an unlocked curtis can get you - but they are the easiest upgrade to source and do yourself.

How hard is installation for Navitas? I assume it’s a conversion kit? |

Re: Programming for Danaher?
They actually make two version: A Danaher version and a Curtis Version. You would just purchase the Danaher version and it would be a pretty easy drop in. It comes with a pigtail conversion adapter.

Re: Programming for Danaher?
I posted a video some months back on installing the 600 amp Navitas in a Danaher cart and it was very simple and straightforward. Probably took less than 2 hours start to finish. If I wouldn't have tried to film it I could have done it less than an hour.
