Horn wiring
Does this make any sense at all I am not an electrician by no means. But this seems pretty simple positive and negative from the reducer to the switch then the positive from the switch to the horn then a negative from the horn back to the reducers negative.

Re: Horn wiring
Don’t need to run the negative to the switch unless it has a light.
Your drawing is otherwise correct, the horn - will go straight to pack negative and the + goes from the reducer to the switch to the horn. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: Horn wiring
Following up on what E36 said, the wires should be like this modified diagram:
The positive wire goes to one side of the switch from the reducer, then from the other side of the switch to the horn. The negative wire goes from the negative of the reducer to the negative of the horn. Those small horns will have an adjustment screw. If the horn doesn't work or just makes a weak sound, try moving the adjustment screw one way or the other until it sounds better. |
