2005 (I think) TXT with PDS will not run and charger will not activate
Cart will not run and charger will not activate.
Connections all seem solid Charger is OK as it activates on other carts Lights work Reverse buzzer sounds Solenoid clicks when depressing accelerator Curtis controller 73326G07 Have been experiencing intermittent shutdowns Previous occasional odor of heat as well Last edited by Amcgowan; 09-29-2019 at 10:35 AM.. If the pack voltage is too low... the charger won’t activate

Use a multimeter... set it to 200V DC... black lead to negative terminal connected to the controller... red lead to terminal that’s connected to the solenoid... battery 1 & 6... the end batteries
Then test the batteries individually... red to +... black to -... no need to disconnect from other batteries to test individually |

There’s also a diagnostic mode on that cart... turn the key off... set the run/tow switch to run... flip the fnr switch from N to R and back 5 times and listen to the beeps... there’s a label on the environmental cover of the controller that tells you what error may be indicated by the number of beeps

Issue resolved. Turned out I had two batteries that were dead. Replaced both and charger came right on. Cart seems to run fine. Odd thing ... the dead batteries were newest of the 6 by about a year. Go figure.
