And this just solved the issue. It has the wrong motor in it. It’s got a series motor in it. It looks exactly like pic #2

Gonna get it checked out again to make sure I didn’t mess it up and If so then I’ll sell it. I’m looking at the D&D speed motor now to replace it with. Would it pair well with the Alltrax 400 controller?

My D&D motor works pretty well with an XCT48400-PDS.

Be sure to get a field map that matches the motor.
