2000 club car solenoid
Does it matter which style is solenoid you use in a 2000 club car? I see there is one that is from --- to 1988, one from 1998-2000 and one from 2000 to current.
The one I have looks like the first 2 options with the small posts opposite each other. The third option has the 2 small posts next to each other. If I can use the third style do I still need to connect the small posts with the diode? Actually hoping to use the first option. |

Probably won't upgrade, this is for my mom's cart. Moving slow and steady is good for her.

The earlier version of this one I can get tomorrow the later version will take 10 days. I found some specs on the later version but not the earlier one to compare them.

They're probably all interchangeable until upgrading to a 300A - 500A type controller. The stock controllers are usually 230-250A.
