2010 rxv stopped and locked up

Hello all, I have an RXV here on the farm and I was driving it and then all the sudden it locked up now it won't do anything you put it in reverse the voltmeter will move over but it does not sound the reverse buzzer and it does not do all that clicking and clanking that it was before when you turn the key on when it runs through its cycle I guess any ideas where to start

mine did this in the middle of the road a couple weeks ago and it was from a loose connection at the main battery positive terminal

I will ck this also, so far I have replaced the brake, replaced solenoid and replaced key switch. Still no go, the volt meter comes on, but I get no reverse buzzer

Ok, I have changed pretty much everything on this cart other than the controller. I am stumped at this point.

have you taking any cables off batteries recently? check and make sure large cable going to main positive battery terminal is first one on the terminal or on the bottom.

check light kit fuse if you have a light kit. Check any fuses near controller.

Not sure how long you have had it but I added a light kit on mine and if they light is in the on position before i turn on the key my cart will not move or if i turn lights on too quick after turning the key on or turning on before i start moving. Just trying to rule out things that can easily be checked.

I have taken the main positive off a few times to change parts on the cart. All terminals and cables look real good and clean. This cart has an aftermarket light kit on it and all the fuses are good. Replaced motor brake, solenoid, charger port, key switch, and some sensors in the floor. This thing has stumped me for sure.

Is the voltmeter aftermarket or stock SoC?

Is there pack voltage at the solenoid output with key on?

Volt meter is factory I have pack voltage on small post of solenoid, but not large outgoing post. Nothing is activating when key is turned on except volt meter.

You can jump the solenoid small negative post to pack ground to prove out the solenoid (that should fire the relay and get you pack voltage to the output.

The controller controls that ground. Here’s the wiring diagram.

I had a problem with the electric plug ..female end for the brake... intermittently not making contact with the brake end pins...I bent the contact on the plug in a little..now OK
