Brake Squeal
I ordered a longer brake cable from Revolution and it works great. But now I have a little yelp right as I come to a stop. Slow down slow down slow down, Stop(yelp). I cannot figure out what that is.
Any experience with this? |

Re: Brake Squeal
My brakes do the exact same thing. My cart is not used daily so it may just be buildup on the drums or pads. Very annoying when I'm in the woods trying to be quiet. I find myself coasting to a stop to avert the yelp if I can.

TBH - Did you have any success to figuring out the "Stop Yelp" squeal with the brakes?

Re: Brake Squeal
Sounds good.
BTW: I've read that if the shoes and drums have glazed, you can hit them with 80 grit emery cloth and possibly stop the squeal. |
